Story

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Craig Friedson has focused on retail-led real estate. He believes place and retail-centric amenities drive value when coupled with the right location. He has worked extensively on ground-up mixed-use while at EDENS, on projects such as the Mosaic District and Union Market on the execution of the vision and as a developer at RPAI, (now Kite Realty), and most recently in Austin at TOPO Development Group.
In his most recent role, he has built a team focused on ground-up, infill development and repositioning of existing assets locally in Austin with examples such as Howard Post, Leander Union and The Greenwood.
